ClamQuest End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and ClamQuest LLC ("ClamQuest," "we," or "us") governing your use of the ClamQuest mobile application ("App").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

ClamQuest hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You may:

• Install and use the App on devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law.

• Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

2. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights related to it are owned exclusively by ClamQuest LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or any content therein.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.

• Use the App to distribute malicious software or harmful content.

4. Updates and Support

ClamQuest may provide updates, upgrades, or patches for the App at its discretion. This Agreement applies to any such updates unless separate terms accompany them.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App may include ads or services from third parties such as Google AdMob. We do not control these third parties or their data collection practices. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. ClamQuest may terminate this license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClamQuest shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
